This page layout has a right-hand column in the content body for Highlights. It is used for the most part for Level 1 pages (Site Section "home" pages), but can be used at whichever "site level" for a page on which a Highlight is called for.

, as well as Press Release Representative Pages:
This page layout does not have the right-hand column in the content body for Highlights. It is used for the most part for Level 2 + 3 pages (Site Sub-Section pages), but can be used at any "site level" (except, probably, Level 1), for a page that requires maximal content body area.
As seen above in the links to representative Press Release pages, the "Level 4" (full) Press Releases are published using this Page Layout 05, rather than Page Layout 06, as the Press Releases do not include Nav4 navigation in body.

The root level "singleton" (non-Site Section) Level 1 pages (e.g., /privacy.asp , etc.), also use Page Layout 05, instead of Page Layout 01. An exception is the Sitemap (/sitemap.asp), which instead uses the one-off Page Layout 08. | |

This page layout does not have the right-hand column in the content body for Highlights, but it does have a column in the left-hand side of the body content, for the "Nav4" module. It is used for Level 4 pages (Site Detail Pages).
